Here we take care of all of the customs clearance for you. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have to pay the following costs: The import duty, calculated on the value of the vehicle at the time of import (usually the purchase price) plus packaging and freight costs, and the import sales tax, calculated on the purchase price plus packaging and freight costs plus import duty.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As proof that the import process has been completed, a so-called customs clearance certificate (ZUB) and the tax assessment will be issued by the customs office. You will absolutely need the ZUB for the later registration of your vehicle.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under certain conditions, vintage cars are defined as collection items when they are imported into the EU.
